Welcome to the Statutory Spring meeting 1 August 2023 at 17.30

Hi member! HSOY ry’s statutory spring meeting will be held on Tuesday 1st of August at 17.30 at Pasila campus. The classroom will be announced later. You can register for the meeting by writing #HSOY23 in the Kide.app search field.

In this meeting, the association’s budget and plan of action for Fall 2023 will be accepted. The agenda includes deciding on the approval of the amendment to the association’s rules and electing new board member for HSOY ry.  Also, please note that it is required to be fluent in Finnish in order to apply for the board. The agenda and other documents can be found below.

The meeting will be held in Finnish, but the board will gladly answer all questions in English also.
